We have earlier seen some of interesting models of e-bikes like Electric Bike PiCycle LTD by Pi Mobility. But today we will show you bike with exclusive design by well-known brand Audi. The Audi’s e-bike Wörthersee looks futuristic at the very first glance and it’s neither a conventional bike nor a pedelec, but is best described as Audi’s high-end pedelec made for fun, tricks and sports. “The Audi Wörthersee is a bike for tomorrow and beyond; all its components, including the pedals even have been shaped by the master Audi designers. With its radically-light carbon-fiber frame that weighs only 1.6 kg and wheels made from CFRP that weighs only 600 grams, it is described to be one of the lightest e-bikes with an overall weight of only 21 kg. In all, the e-bike Wörthersee exemplify the full-extent of the Audi’s expertise in ultra-lightweight construction. Further, this e-bike also sports on-board computer which is located in the frame top tube and is operational using a touchscreen. Among the various functions, it provides recording trick sequences, riding mode selection and adjustments of various e-bike functions. Also, the rider’s smartphone communicates via WLAN with bike’s computer.” Awesome bike!

The Norwegian Wild Reindeer Center Pavilion

The Norwegian Wild Reindeer Center Pavilion is located in Dorve, Norway. The architectural marvel has been constructed by Snohetta that comprises of architects, Rune Grasdal, Kjetil T. Thorsen, Margit Tidemand Ruud, Eerik Brett Jacobsen, Martin Brunner and interior architect Heidi Pettersvold. The observation pavilion is spread over an area of 90 square meters and has been erected on a plateau that is at a height of 1200 meters above sea level. The elevation will unfurl panoramic views that will leave visitors in a state of awe. It will be a visual treat to see the outstanding Snohetta mountain range from such a height.

The Water Discus Underwater Hotel

Another innovation came to Dubai. This time Deep Ocean Technology designed Water Discus Hotel that will be constructed in Dubai shortly. “Water Discus Hotels comprise two discs – an underwater and above-water one. This combination will allow guests to admire the depths of the ocean while making the most of the warm climate. The two parts of the structure are connected by three solid legs and a vertical shaft containing a lift and stairway. The size of each disc has been adjusted to local conditions.” Guests will have opportunity to sleep deep in the ocean and to take bath on the upper deck. “Twenty-one hotel rooms are submersed in the center of a vibrant coral reef with enchanting views of sea life, illuminated with special lighting systems, and offer the use of miniature underwater vehicles equipped with macro photography, operated from your suite, to provide a closer look at the tiniest of creatures. Due to the innovative design comprising individual modules that can be detached and replaced with new ones, Water Discus can also be expanded into a bigger resort complex, and may be constructed and reconstructed anywhere in the world, creating opportunities to live underwater on a permanent basis in an unlimited string of locations. ” Stunning hotel!

The following anti-boredom Swiss pocket knife created by Israeli designer David Suhami is a funny mix between the traditional Swiss box cutter and an exotic jungle safari. David has created an “animal pocket knife” while at Shenkar College of Engineering and Design in Tel Aviv. He turned this common object into giraffes, antelopes and rhinos. Stunning Elephant Chair by Maximo Riera

Stunning Animal Chair collection by Spanish designer Maximo Riera was replenished with new item – Elephant Chair. Elephant is one of the most popular animal in India, so designer decided to decorate this chair accordingly to Indian motives. The carvings and patterns found on traditional furniture are reproduced according to the original hand-made pieces. The distinctive asymmetrical surface is translated into morph metric data using advanced software. The overall structure is carved from compressed foam with an internal steel frame. The final object is enveloped in fine leather, allowing all the detail to be refined. Elephant Chair weighs 160 kg or 353 lbs. It’s the throne, simultaneously furniture and gorgeous sculpture.
